We absolutely love our new table and chairs! Everything is exactly as we ordered, and the color is a perfect match to the sample we selected. The quality is exceptional, and we truly believe this is an heirloom piece that will be enjoyed and passed down for generations to come. Our customer service experience was top-notch from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and will definitely be ordering from them again!
Great Table
5 star rating
I am a designer and my client wanted a coffee table that she could do jigsaw puzzles on while sitting in her recliner. The lift top table was the perfect solution.
Cross Timbers Craftsman Chairs and Sunrise Manner Writing Desk
5 star rating
Desk and chair were excellent quality for the price. Custom make and finish so it took a while to get but worth the wait. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful craftsmanship
5 star rating
Hutch and desk were excellent quality for the price. Custom make and finish so it took a while to get but worth the wait. Initially had issues with the fit of a glass shelf and a faulty light switch. Both issues were addressed by customer service with a follow-up service appointment. Would highly recommend Countryside Amish Furniture!
It's perfect in so many ways
4.5 star rating
We have thinking about getting a cabinet bed for years and Countryside offered the highest quality bed with the best price. They also offered so many different options, colors, wood, and finish. They were also one of the few companies offering a King sized bed, which is the one we selected. It's beautiful and functional. The delivery process was smooth and they maintained contact all the way through the process. Great customer service and quality made products.
Great Table!
5 star rating
We love the table! It has incredible build quality and the rough sawn maple adds a lot of character to the piece.
Great Purchase
5 star rating
I already owned an Amish-made bookcase, so when I started my search for a new bed, I started with Amish-made bed frame. That's how I found this site. It took several months for the bed to be made, and it was worth the wait: outstanding craftsmanship, beautiful coloring and design, and wood that is the best I've ever owned. This is the last bed I'll ever need to buy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I also want to add that I looked at other manufacturers, and none compared to what I purchased in terms of quality, price, customer service, and delivery/set-up.
Substantial chairs!
5 star rating
We just couldn't find bow-backed dining chairs anywhere to replace our 40 year old teak ones. Countryside Amish Furniture built us eight from quartersawn oak, and they are wonderful. The process of receiving largish stain samples, on wood, gave us confidence that our stain choice was compatible with other colors in the dining room. The chairs were built on the promised schedule and swiftly delivered. They are substantial chairs, weightier than our previous teak, and will serve us admirably for many more decades. We are very pleased!
Thank You
5 star rating
We love our dining set as we anticipated. Delivery experience was great. Thank you.
My very comfortable bed.
5 star rating
It was so easy throughout the whole process. The ordering was smooth with no drama. The representative who processed my order was very courteous and very professional. The delivery was on time and as promised. I am looking to purchase a bookcase from you guys real soon, and thank you for the experience. It was money well spent.
Love my table
4.5 star rating
We needed a very long sturdy table to seat around 18-20 people, and this table has been amazing. The delivery was smooth, people were very kind. We would definitely buy again. Right now we are only using fold out seating and are even considering some matching chairs.
What is Reclaimed Wood?
Reclaimed hardwood is high-quality upcycled material that has been taken from various sources such as old barns, houses, sheds, factories, and warehouses. These structures are disassembled piece by piece so that the most precious natural resource – the wood, can be reclaimed. After the structure is disassembled, the wood is hauled to the lumber handling yard where it undergoes an extensive cleaning and drying process. Nails are marked and removed, and the wood is placed under a metal detector, then stacked for drying. Then, the salvaged hardwood is kiln-dried to 7% moisture. There are various benefits to utilizing reclaimed wood.
- Unique characteristics add charm. Things like wood grains, knots, small patches, pitting, small nail holes, and color streaking are characteristics that really set individual lumber and overall furniture pieces apart. Any variance that adds interest to the piece can be considered a plus for your home decor. Every piece of salvaged hardwood is different and cannot be replicated.
- Reuse and recycle. The barnwood process is an excellent green way to preserve the old and vintage and give the precious American hardwood a second life. When it’s harvested responsibly, reclaimed wood is a renewable, eco-friendly resource that reduces landfill waste.
- Versatility of style. Reclaimed wood furniture looks equally as good in both traditional and contemporary home decor style homes.
- It’s just as customizable as standard wood furniture. Design your made-to-order pieces by selecting your finishing touches such as the hand-applied stain or metal hardware used. Our expert Amish artisans take great pride in building each piece unique to you.
Keep in mind, that many of our solid wood furniture pieces can be customized to feature reclaimed wood. If you do not find a piece you would like in the curated list above, shop for a full selection of products here or contact us for assistance.
