Shipping & Delivery

At Countryside Amish Furniture, our commitment to quality extends beyond the handcrafted furniture we create—it also encompasses the care and professionalism of our delivery drivers and shipping processes. We strive to provide a seamless and stress-free delivery experience, ensuring your furniture arrives in perfect condition and is placed exactly where you want it. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our shipping policies, organized for your convenience.

Professional, White Glove Delivery

Our White Glove Delivery service is the standard for all orders within the Continental U.S., priced at $150 per order. This cost remains the same regardless of the size of your order, whether you purchase one item or twenty. Important to note—all outdoor furniture is free.

This premium delivery service includes:

  • Bringing your furniture into your home or business.
  • Placing it in the room of your choice.
  • Fully assembling all pieces (with some limitations noted below).

Furniture is delivered blanket-wrapped by trusted, independent delivery companies that specialize in handling handcrafted furniture. Unlike traditional packaging methods, items are not boxed or packaged. Instead, drivers carefully unwrap the moving blankets upon arrival and remove them when they leave. This method ensures your furniture is protected during transit while minimizing waste.

Our delivery partners are experienced, professionally trained furniture shippers who provide a high level of personal service. Transit-related damage is extremely rare due to the care and expertise of our White Glove shippers.

Step-by-Step Delivery Process

1. Completion notification: Once your furniture is completed by our skilled craftsmen, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been handed off to the delivery team.

2. Scheduling delivery: We will contact you directly to schedule an appointment and explain the delivery process. Delivery typically occurs within 1-3 weeks after the completion of your order. Available times include Monday through Friday, 7 AM through 7 PM. Have questions about how to prepare your home or what to expect from us? We’re happy to answer!

3. Furniture transport: Your furniture is carefully wrapped in protective blankets and loaded onto a truck for transport by our trusted shipping partners.

4, You prepare your home: Remove hazards, debris, and obstructions. Verify that the furniture will fit through stairways, doorways, and other openings leading to the desired location. Proper preparation helps avoid delays and ensures your furniture is placed exactly where you want it.

5. Delivery and setup: Upon arrival, the delivery team will bring your Amish furniture into your home and place it in the room of your choice. While our team is quite experienced at maneuvering furniture through tricky logistical layouts, we cannot move existing furniture or altar your home’s structure, such as removing doors or windows.

6. Full assembly, with exceptions: Once ideally positioned, we’ll complete any necessary assembly. However, due to liability, we cannot put together cribs or attach furniture to walls.

7. You give the final thumbs up: Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting their furniture for any damage before the drivers leave. This step is crucial to ensure that any issues are identified and addressed immediately.

Important Note About Outdoor Furniture

Outdoor furniture delivery is entirely free. Despite this, you can expect the same level of professionalism and care from our team, including completing any needed assembly.
