What is covered
Should your Countryside furniture fail because of a defect in workmanship, we will repair or replace the item for one year after the original invoice date. If an incorrect furniture order arrives (different than how it was ordered), Countryside will correct it in a timely manner.
How long coverage lasts
One year from the date of your original invoice.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, alteration, commercial applications or misuse.
- Natural variation of color, aging, character and stain. These are expected with any natural wood product and have no effect on the structural integrity or durability of your furniture.
- Issues caused by failure to maintain 35%–45% humidity in the home or office, or by exposure to direct heat sources.
- Shipping costs related to a warranty repair or replacement, to and from our facility. These are the responsibility of the customer.
How claims are resolved
Countryside will determine whether an item needs to be repaired or replaced; this is not at the discretion of the customer.
How to submit a warranty claim
- Reference your original Sales Order number and/or the name associated with the purchase.
- Email a picture of your furniture where the entire piece is visible.
- Provide a close-up image of the damage or imperfection.
- Provide a written description of the damage or imperfection, including the date and time of discovery.

Returns
Because all indoor and outdoor furniture is made to order in your specified wood species, poly color, size and options, Countryside does not accept returns. See our Return & Cancellation Policy.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
