Exactly what I wanted

I searched high and low for a table that was exactly like this- 2 leaves that were hidden away and making the table smaller than my old table in the closed position and bigger with the leaves. It's sturdy and gorgeous.

Thank You!

We love our table. Can sit 14 people comfortably!

Looks Great

Table, bench and chairs all look great. Table leaves line up well together and their grains match. Table gears work good.

Review of my Amish Furniture Purchase

Dear Countryside Amish Furniture Team, I am incredibly pleased with the pieces I ordered. The Ricci Table, with its truly unique and stunning twist pedestal design, immediately caught my eye and reminded me vividly of a DNA double helix – it's a spectacular focal point in my dining area. To complement it, I selected four elegant Latimer upholstered chairs and the stylish Kihei sideboard. The customization process was a truly positive experience. All my pieces are crafted from redwood, finished with your beautiful Madison Ways stain. I particularly appreciated receiving the free wood and stain samples, which were immensely helpful in visualizing and selecting the perfect finish to match my home decor. Similarly, the wide selection of fabrics for the chairs, coupled with the convenient fabric samples you sent, allowed me to make a confident and well-informed decision on the upholstery. While the timeline for completion was approximately five months from placing my order, this was well within my expectations for custom-made, high-quality furniture, and the wait was certainly worthwhile. The delivery process itself was seamless and highly professional. Your team handled the full setup of all the furniture pieces and efficiently removed all packaging materials, making the entire experience entirely stress-free. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail evident in every item. These pieces have truly transformed my space and exceeded my expectations. Your customer service, from my initial inquiries through to the final delivery, has been exemplary, making this an outstanding shopping experience. Thank you once again for creating such exquisite furniture and for your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I am so pleased to have supported a small business like yours. Sincerely, Michele

Awesome.

SIZE: My wife and I love our table. We're a large, nuclear family (four children). We eat together at least once a day; we play lots of board games, and there's lots of homework! Our extended family lives nearby so we wanted a table large enough to seat them. Once the two leaves are out, we can seat 10 comfortably. (Maybe 12 ... if they really like their neighbors.) STYLE: We liked this table for its simplicity and traditional Japanese (through tenon and trestle legs) look. Our children tend to make lots of messes so working around the feet is easy (Roomba is more thorough as well). We also like the ability to fit chairs where the legs rest, comfortably. FIT FINISH: The table is well made. The finish is even, hard, and beautiful. We chose Oak with Winter Bark to contrast our natural hickory floors. I have two complaints. The first is the joinery where the two edges meet in the middle. There's a slight bow in the middle which causes a 1/16th gap on each end. Not a huge deal, and to be expected from handmade furniture. My second issue is the through tenon. It's not real. The ends are faux covers to hide the bolts that hold the table together. The description even states "mortise & tenon trestle". I may end up making my own someday when the warranty and kids are gone. COMPANY: They're very communicative and friendly. The delivery company set up the table and made sure it was level and we were happy. We'll be buying from them again.

Perfect compliment to kitchen pantry

Beautiful quarter sawn white oak kitchen table finished au natural. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. Shown here with 1 leaf and an Aliso 4 door pantry, same wood and finish, in background. All of our guests comment on the beauty and craftsmanship of these pieces. Delivery was timely and easy.

Review

I picked this table for two key reasons. First, you can sit anywhere and not bump your knees. Second, it expands to a whopping 15 feet long. This was the only table I found that satisfied both of those requirements, and I'm happy to report that it delivered on both. Resizing the table is easy, and it's so well made that no latch is required to hold the leaves in place. The legs have a nifty little adjustable foot, so that the table remains stable even if the floor isn't quite perfectly level. Customer service was great, the delivery was easy to schedule, and assembly was quick. Overall, 5/5. I'm very happy with our purchase.

Best Company and Furniture Ever

I was nervous about such a large expensive purchase online. This company was wonderful to work with. The table and chairs arrived early in pristine shape and are beautiful. They are made very sturdy. I highly recommend this company and the furniture they make.

Excellent Craftsmanship

I highly recommend this company. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent. The table & chairs arrived sooner than expected.

One beautiful set

The craftsmanship on the table and chairs was first class. A table of just the right size in a small dining room but still looks premier in quality and stature.
