The process from ordering, getting finish samples, and delivery was professional and courteous and as advertised. We just received our Crofton Storage Bed, and couldn't be happier. I refuse to bring anything into my house that I don't absolutely love, and this bed definitely ticks that box. Mel and the entire staff were extremely helpful, working with us to match the stain color with our other bedroom furniture and allowing us to make a change to the bed legs. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and this is a well-made, great-attention-to-detail, outstanding-quality piece of furniture.
