This was the first time I had a bed specifically designed to my liking. The process was fun and easy. Ordering was a piece of cake. I received sample of the wood base and finish. I was guided throughout the process. Delivery was on tract and as guaranteed. I was totally pleased with my Countryside Amish Bed. I've talked about it to family and friends.Patricia
