A truly excellent chest of drawers...
This chest of drawers is beautifully made and fits perfectly in my seaside home. I wanted to share a story that attests to the quality and craftsmanship (though I don't recommend testing this out on your own!). A week ago, we had a large coastal storm and water came in through my ceiling and went right on top of this bureau. AND, we didn't know of the leak until 3 days later when we arrived home so this water was literally sitting on top for 3 days. I don't know how its possible but the chest had ZERO damage. I have to assume that the finish is so finely honed that it just resisted any staining. I was shocked and thrilled as I would have been so sad to see this beautiful piece of art ruined. I will be very excited to purchase through Countryside again
