Overview
Everyday Comfort Dining Chair
Our Tilden Dining Chair features a distinctive horizontal-slat back design that feels both modern and rustic, making it an easy complement to farmhouse, industrial, or relaxed contemporary dining spaces. Unlike traditional ladderback styles, its solid back rails are thoughtfully proportioned and accented with subtle metal fasteners, adding visual interest without overwhelming the design. The generously sized seat is gently sculpted for comfort, making it well-suited for long dinners, busy family meals, or everyday kitchen use. Shown here in a Rustic Hickory with visible grain variation, each chair has its own natural character and texture. Designed with versatility in mind, the Tilden is available with or without arms and can be customized with optional seat upholstery for added comfort.

Quality workmanship
This was our first purchase with Countryside Amish Furniture. We would absolutely recommend them for purchasing high quality beautifully crafted furniture. Our chairs are well made, sturdy, comfortable and beautiful! The sales reps were friendly and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Our wonderful experience lead us to recently make yet another purchase from Countryside…a beautiful cabinet for our dining room.
Thank You
We love our dining set as we anticipated. Delivery experience was great. Thank you.
Substantial chairs!
We just couldn't find bow-backed dining chairs anywhere to replace our 40 year old teak ones. Countryside Amish Furniture built us eight from quartersawn oak, and they are wonderful. The process of receiving largish stain samples, on wood, gave us confidence that our stain choice was compatible with other colors in the dining room. The chairs were built on the promised schedule and swiftly delivered. They are substantial chairs, weightier than our previous teak, and will serve us admirably for many more decades. We are very pleased!
Great chairs!
Amazing quality. Have the added seat cushions and they are so far durable and comfy.
great price, great fit, easy customization
Great experience with Countryside Amish as always. Ordering process and customer service was hassle free. Delivery was simple to schedule and convenient. And the chair is great - paired with the Bremerhaven writing desk. We had this chair specifically sized to ensure fit with the Bremerhaven and we were very happy with the results - great communication and the customization for height came out exactly as expected.
Great chair. Easy on my
Great chair. Easy on my back.
Love the chairs!
These chairs are wonderful! We have been using the chairs (and the table) for about six weeks now. The chairs are so comfortable. We got the leather seats--highly recommend doing so. Everyone says that these chairs are so lovely to sit on. The wood is beautiful, clearly skilled craftsmen made the chairs (table and sideboard). Thank you!
