When we renovated our apartment, my wife and I knew we wanted a round table with round pedestal in wood. Countryside Amish presented one of the only options, although it was more than we had ever spent on a single piece of furniture.
And it was totally worth it! We love the table. It's so beautifully crafted. The finish is lovely and seems durable. We haven't yet used the leaves, as our 48" round does indeed seat 6 comfortably, but we're glad to have them for larger parties we plan to host.

We bought this table recently as our kitchen/dining table since we don't have a separate dining room. We love the look and feel, the pieces fit together incredibly smoothly and lock in place, and the leaves expand the table perfectly. We bought the 36x60 -- the table without any leaves can fit 4 people comfortably, or 6 people tightly. The table with both leaves can fit 8 people comfortably, or 12 people tightly. My husband loves the look of the rough sawn maple, where the "imperfections" add to the aesthetic, and it's both a visually elegant and a perfect "tavern table" feel at the same time.

I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was ordering furniture from Countryside Amish. We had never done this in the past and were a bit nervous but you made us very comfortable. Then all was delivered last week and we are so very happy with the look and quality of the craftsmanship! Absolutely gorgeous! So much so that I just ordered another piece to match that room!
