I'm especially pleased that the finish is absolutely FLAWLESS and matches our "Mikes" finish on our dining-room set and living room rocker from other manufacturers perfectly. We are very happy customers to be sure.

We are first time customer & we were most impressed even from the very beginning. When our chest was delivered, it was an instant “WOW” in our bedroom. We did however found an issue - it appeared that the lock was installed a little bit higher on the chest, which made it difficult to unlock with the key. In fact while trying to unlock it, it did unfortunately caused a small chip on the inner lid of the wood surface. After our email communication with Sales & Logistics, we got the response back - they are going to build a new chest for us & swap out the one we have now once the new one is ready! Both my husband & I are extremely pleased & grateful! We truly believe Countryside indeed is an awesome & reputable company with SUPERB customer service! My husband said, “Wow....that really makes me want to give them more business!”
