Two Toned Modern Dining Table
Elegant arching aprons and stunning steam-bent legs give your Matthew Leg Tablee visual interest in a minimalist presentation. Shown in Brown Maple with an optional two-tone stain, you may choose from nine wood species when designing your own Amish-made table. There are six sizes with up to four expansion leaves available in this leg table.Design your own Matthew Leg Table with our Donline options menu and our Amish artisans will build it to order. Mortise and tenon joinery, reinforced attachments, and a top coat of catalyzed conversion varnish ensure your dining room table will last a lifetime. To achieve the two-tone pictured finish, choose a Silversmith stain for the table top and Devonshire base.

Our new dining table!
We love our new table. It is exactly what I ordered. The finish is lovely. The very nice man that delivered it assembled it and showed us how to use the butterfly leaf. We hope to use it through the years with family.
Love my table
We needed a very long sturdy table to seat around 18-20 people, and this table has been amazing. The delivery was smooth, people were very kind. We would definitely buy again. Right now we are only using fold out seating and are even considering some matching chairs.

One beautiful set
The craftsmanship on the table and chairs was first class.
A table of just the right size in a small dining room but still looks premier in quality and stature.

SIZE: My wife and I love our table. We're a large, nuclear family (four children). We eat together at least once a day; we play lots of board games, and there's lots of homework! Our extended family lives nearby so we wanted a table large enough to seat them. Once the two leaves are out, we can seat 10 comfortably. (Maybe 12 ... if they really like their neighbors.)
STYLE: We liked this table for its simplicity and traditional Japanese (through tenon and trestle legs) look. Our children tend to make lots of messes so working around the feet is easy (Roomba is more thorough as well). We also like the ability to fit chairs where the legs rest, comfortably.
FIT FINISH: The table is well made. The finish is even, hard, and beautiful. We chose Oak with Winter Bark to contrast our natural hickory floors. I have two complaints. The first is the joinery where the two edges meet in the middle. There's a slight bow in the middle which causes a 1/16th gap on each end. Not a huge deal, and to be expected from handmade furniture. My second issue is the through tenon. It's not real. The ends are faux covers to hide the bolts that hold the table together. The description even states "mortise & tenon trestle". I may end up making my own someday when the warranty and kids are gone.
COMPANY: They're very communicative and friendly. The delivery company set up the table and made sure it was level and we were happy. We'll be buying from them again.
I highly recommend
I chose the Flintt Pullout Console Table without the Hutch top. I also ordered a sideboard, a dining bench, and a writing desk with the same finish options used for the table. Friends thought I had lost my mind to make an investment in 4 pieces of furniture without seeing a single piece provided by Countryside. I believed that the reviews provided were accurate, but was still concerned about my investment. The furniture far exceeded my expectations and the white-glove delivery definitely exceeded my expectations...I highly recommend the console table and any other piece of furniture made by the Countryside artisans.
Exactly what I wanted
I searched high and low for a table that was exactly like this- 2 leaves that were hidden away and making the table smaller than my old table in the closed position and bigger with the leaves. It's sturdy and gorgeous.
Burning Tree trestle table
