Constructed from Rough Sawn Maple hardwood, this bench is strong enough for everyday use yet elegant for any formal event. The simple design allows the distressed wood and hand-rubbed finish take center stage.

The handcrafted nature of our Kirtland Dining Bench may produce minor differences with its textured surface and multi-step finish. Subtle variations occur from piece to piece and may not appear exactly as pictured, adding to its unique qualities.

We bought this table recently as our kitchen/dining table since we don't have a separate dining room. We love the look and feel, the pieces fit together incredibly smoothly and lock in place, and the leaves expand the table perfectly. We bought the 36x60 -- the table without any leaves can fit 4 people comfortably, or 6 people tightly. The table with both leaves can fit 8 people comfortably, or 12 people tightly. My husband loves the look of the rough sawn maple, where the "imperfections" add to the aesthetic, and it's both a visually elegant and a perfect "tavern table" feel at the same time.
