Bridget Storage Chest

We are first time customer & we were most impressed even from the very beginning. When our chest was delivered, it was an instant “WOW” in our bedroom. We did however found an issue - it appeared that the lock was installed a little bit higher on the chest, which made it difficult to unlock with the key. In fact while trying to unlock it, it did unfortunately caused a small chip on the inner lid of the wood surface. After our email communication with Sales & Logistics, we got the response back - they are going to build a new chest for us & swap out the one we have now once the new one is ready! Both my husband & I are extremely pleased & grateful! We truly believe Countryside indeed is an awesome & reputable company with SUPERB customer service! My husband said, “Wow....that really makes me want to give them more business!”

Delighted

The workmanship is excellent, and we know this family treasure will be valued by each receiving generation. We also appreciated your prompt responses and professional documentation throughout the ordering process. We wish you well in all of your future endeavors, and we will definitely seek your assistance if we add furniture to our home in the future.
