Overview
Hardwood Wall Bed for Guest Spaces
Turn almost any room into comfortable overnight accommodations with the Chamblee Murphy Bed. Designed to fold vertically against the wall when not in use, this handcrafted solid wood bed preserves valuable floor space while providing a dedicated sleeping area whenever guests arrive. When closed, broad recessed panels, substantial framing, and long metal handles give the Chamblee the appearance of a handsome built-in cabinet. Open the bed to reveal a full sleeping surface that extends into the room, making it an especially practical choice for a home office, den, craft room, studio, or occasional guest bedroom.Available in Twin, Full, and Queen sizes, the Chamblee requires only 20 3/4" of depth when closed. Depending on size, the open bed extends between 51 1/4" and 73 1/4" from the wall, allowing homeowners to plan furniture placement around the bed's dual-purpose design. The mattress rests approximately 9 1/2" from the floor. Handcrafted by Amish artisans, this Murphy bed brings the warmth and character of real hardwood to a highly functional design. Choose your preferred wood species and finish to create a piece that feels intentionally integrated into the room rather than simply added for occasional sleeping.

It shows real craftsmanship!
My bed arrived today and, I have to say, I was not disappointed. It shows real craftsmanship! The two gentlemen who delivered it set it up quickly with no problem. I am really glad I found you online. I was not disappointed. The bed is beautiful!! Thanks, again, for all your help.
P.S. Now, I'll have to look for more furniture to buy from you.
Amazon quality
Looked forever for quality bedroom furniture and THIS IS IT. So well done and beautifully made. Totally worth the wait. We LOVE it.
We just received our Crofton Storage Bed, and couldn't be happier. I refuse to bring anything into my house that I don't absolutely love, and this bed definitely ticks that box. Mel and the entire staff were extremely helpful, working with us to match the stain color with our other bedroom furniture and allowing us to make a change to the bed legs. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and this is a well-made, great-attention-to-detail, outstanding-quality piece of furniture.
Thank You
I love this furniture.
Excellent quality.

It is more then what
It is more than what I expected.
Custom Panel Beds
Dear Lauren, We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your extra effort in getting our XL twin beds completed and shipped to us via Daniel Miller which also went beyond the call of duty. The beds fit perfectly over the automatic beds! They are stunning! The stain matches the rest of our furniture as if they were a set! They are beautiful and so worth the wait. Thank you again for all of your help.
I love this company
We purchased a King size platform storage bed frame at the end of April in the middle of Covid shutdown. The normal turnaround time was 3 months and, despite workplace restrictions, the frame was done on time. A sample of the wood we had chosen was sent in May so we could confirm or change the order which we greatly appreciated. The purchase included delivery with set up. The delivery company was prompt and friendly. The salespeople were always helpful and very friendly. I love this company and plan to buy additional furniture from them. Highly recommend using Countryside Amish Furniture.
Welcome the beauty of Amish furniture making into your home.
Countryside Amish Furniture places authentic North American timber in the hands of highly trained Amish furniture makers, resulting in pieces like the Chamblee Murphy Bed.
As much as the Chamblee Murphy Bed reflects Amish excellence, it will also reflect your individual style.
