To all the wonderful people at countryside: WOW!!! I received my three pieces of oak Victoria Sleigh furniture in midnight slate and they are beautiful. They already feel heirloom and there is no sign of mass production. I'm so impressed. The color makes an antique style so modern as well. It was a risk to buy off a picture and a sample but I am so happy!! We even had our doors matched to the sample you sent and all turned out beautiful.

We couldn't be happier with our new Chandler bookcase. Construction is very solid, and the wood (hickory with Sassafras stain) is everything the preliminary samples promised it would be. Customer service was top notch, from initial order to final delivery. Highest recommendation!

The main issue I had with dining tables in the past was that I always bumped my knee on the legs. I fell in love with this table legs the first time I saw it. I've looked in many places including local furniture stores and web stores and it's either they didn't have it or too expensive. I came across this website one day and found that I could customize the table to the size I need, color I wanted and the type of finish I love, and they had the best price I could find. The table was carefully delivered and assembled by their own employee. Every little part was well made and flawless. I'm really happy with this table and it's very easy to take care of.

We really love it! Having drawers that are custom for DVDs or CDs is fabulous! We enjoy having the lights on every evening. Thank you for making my design come to life! The quality is incomparable. We could never find anything close to this in a regular furniture store. You all are terrific!

As with previous orders, I am completely satisfied with the bookcase and nightstands in this recent order, delivered expertly by two young men who were very courteous and respectful. I will make new orders in the future and already plan to order a secretary desk soon. Thanks, Countryside for your excellent quality products.

SIZE: My wife and I love our table. We're a large, nuclear family (four children). We eat together at least once a day; we play lots of board games, and there's lots of homework! Our extended family lives nearby so we wanted a table large enough to seat them. Once the two leaves are out, we can seat 10 comfortably. (Maybe 12 ... if they really like their neighbors.) STYLE: We liked this table for its simplicity and traditional Japanese (through tenon and trestle legs) look. Our children tend to make lots of messes so working around the feet is easy (Roomba is more thorough as well). We also like the ability to fit chairs where the legs rest, comfortably. FIT FINISH: The table is well made. The finish is even, hard, and beautiful. We chose Oak with Winter Bark to contrast our natural hickory floors. I have two complaints. The first is the joinery where the two edges meet in the middle. There's a slight bow in the middle which causes a 1/16th gap on each end. Not a huge deal, and to be expected from handmade furniture. My second issue is the through tenon. It's not real. The ends are faux covers to hide the bolts that hold the table together. The description even states "mortise & tenon trestle". I may end up making my own someday when the warranty and kids are gone. COMPANY: They're very communicative and friendly. The delivery company set up the table and made sure it was level and we were happy. We'll be buying from them again.

I was very pleased with the delivery and table. The man kept in touch with me for efficient delivery and put it together pleasantly. I like the table very much. However the other day I heard a metal sound like something had dropped on the floor, and I found a screw from the table. So my son will lay on the floor, look up and reinsert that screw carefully. Yes, I'd give you five stars!

The chairs matched the table perfectly. The table is 48 years old and is made of solid wood and your chairs look like they were always a part of the set. The set is located in our breakfast area and looks like the day we purchased it. Just a quick note to tell you how very satisfied we are with the beautiful chairs. Your color match was perfect and the quality of the wood was top notch. Thanks again for such lovely craftsmanship. You can be certain that I will recommend your company to all our friends.
