The finish is so smooth, the drawers glide smoothly, the cabinets close crisply and easily. My dad was a woodworker, so I know the hours of work that go into creating such beautiful and functional furniture. The furniture is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny knowing that it is made from solid maple with beautiful brass pulls and knobs. Great work space! I'm extremely happy with the quality and craftsmanship of my Kadoka Computer Desk. Plenty of storage, my printer fits in the lower cabinet on the top sliding tray (there is a lower one too). All the drawers on the hutch are great for storing all those smaller office supplies; pads, tape, etc. One thing I should have done was add the lighting package to illuminate the work area.
