OVERVIEW

Amish Built Home Media Center

The Alaterre Entertainment Center comes standard with touch lighting, and a TV opening for a 45 1/2" to 60 1/2" screen, depending on the size you choose. Units come in four dimensions based on the TV space size: 45 1/2", 50 1/2", 55 1/2", or 60 1/2". Your television set will be 31" off the ground, so relax in your favorite chair and flip on your favorite sitcom. Two compartments below the television screen are there to place your DVD or DVR within to help create the best entertainment setup on the block. Three cabinet doors round out the lower portion of the media center, two being solid wood and the center one made of smoked glass with mullions.

Shown in Rustic Quartersawn White Oak with a Burnished Honey wood finish, this TV center can be made in a lighter stain look and different wood species. You make those selections when ordering. Still need help? We will mail you real wood finish samples to help you choose.

We are happy with the purchase. I have a couple of recommendations. The groves and “distressing “ on the top do not show clearly on the picture that is featured on the Internet and are not preferred. Thanks for not putting any distressing on the other surfaces. If you had I may have sent it back. The slight curvature around the doors detracts from the piece, making it appear sort of “rustic”. The young man that delivered it arrived on a Sunday instead of his original time. We were out of town, but my daughter happened to be here and he was able to deliver the furniture. Hope you find this helpful

I just received our customized Cancun console (we had ordered it 10" longer, 5" of length added to each of the end cabinets) and it is spectacular! The whole console is extremely heavy and solid in the best possible way, and it just looks fantastic. We had it done in brown maple with the Kettle Black finish which is a great color with the most subtle hint of wood grain visible underneath, really nice! I can't recommend this piece enough, the entire ordering/customization process through Countryside was seamless.
