What Size TV Fits a 60 Inch Stand
A stand should be a few inches wider than the television’s actual width, not its diagonal. A 55” TV runs about 48” to 49” across and a 65” TV about 57”, so a 60 inch stand leaves a comfortable margin under a 55” or 60” screen and still supports a 65” set as long as the feet or wall mount fall within the top.
