You have to wait for the furniture to be built, and in today’s economy of instant gratification that’s a mental adjustment...but WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The process, customer service, craftsmanship and the white glove delivery and assembly were perfect. I bought this set (bed, tall dresser, and 2 night stands) for my parents, but it will last for generations. I’m already looking for a set for myself!! The only thing that I could think that could be improved about this particular product is that a bed with storage underneath would be a great option to have (which maybe there is, and I just missed it).Greg D.
