This company knows how to do business. When you call, an actual person answers the phone. They are great with communication. They send all kinds of samples to choose from so you can be certain you get the correct match. I have a desk I wanted to match. They sent samples twice and I couldn't be happier with the result! The delivery was exceptional. They communicated exactly when they would arrive. The quality of the chair and the quality of business is above and beyond. It is well worth the wait. I feel like this chair will last me forever, therefore saving me money in the long run. It leans back and adjusts up and down. My husband had to show me how to get it lean back. It is so much healthier than those cheap chairs with toxic materials.

The rocking chair is a beautiful work of art while functionally everything I wanted in a rocker and more. Perfectly balanced and very comfortable. Impossible to sit in it for more than 30 secs without rocking.

These chairs are exquisite. It is obvious that they have been made with care by very skilled craftsmen. Although it takes time to receive them after ordering them, they were definitely worth the wait. They are extremely comfortable and will be an heirloom we will be proud to pass on. Worth every penny!!

office chair

love love the chair however did not know how to tilt it I called and received directions that did not help me much (i am an 80-year-old woman with arthritis) my grandson came and figured it out but it does not stay tilted back you have to stabilize it in tilt position with your legs so he built a stool for me that I rest my feet on and this works I should have verified this before ordering it.
